THINK ABOUT YOUR FAVORITE FAN MOMENT.

Maybe it was the first game you went to as a kid. The concert where you sang every word. A championship you watched with your best friends. The moment your team scored, the crowd erupted, and for a few seconds, everyone around you felt like they were part of the same thing.

What do those moments have in common?

They make us feel like we belong to something bigger than ourselves.

That’s the magic of sports and live experiences. They bring people together—different backgrounds, different stories, different reasons for showing up—all united by a shared moment.

At Fan Logic, we believe those moments don't happen by accident.

They start with a strategy.

What are you trying to accomplish? Who are you trying to reach? What do you want people to feel, do or remember? And how can an experience bring all of those pieces together?

That’s where we come in.

Fan Logic is an event and fan experience strategy consultancy. We help organizations turn ambitious goals into thoughtful, purposeful experiences by developing the strategy behind the moment—not just the plan to deliver it.

We look at the big picture: the audience, the objectives, the fan journey, the environment, the partners, the community and all the moments in between. Then we connect those pieces to create an experience that is meaningful, memorable and built to deliver results.

Because the best events aren't just well executed.

They have a reason to exist.

And when strategy, experience and purpose come together, something bigger happens: people connect, communities come together, and a moment becomes something they’ll remember long after the event is over.

That’s Fan Logic.

MEET MIKAELA

Founder. Chief Experience Strategist. Professional fan of making things happen.

Mikaela has spent the last 15+ years working in sports and events, which means she has spent a lot of time thinking about what makes people show up, lean in, cheer louder and leave saying, “That was memorable.”

Her career has taken her across nearly every side of the experience—from ticketing and fan engagement, matchday operation, venue and facility operations, hospitality, and event strategy. Along the way, she’s opened a soccer training facility, led ticketing and matchday operations for sold-out championship matches, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, built new fan service models, created fan celebrations, delivered high-end hospitality experiences and found more than a few ways to make events work better—and smarter.

Most recently, Mikaela helped bring the FIFA World Cup to Seattle, leading experience and event strategy across a slate of citywide activations and fan experiences. From Seattle Soccer House and waterfront celebrations to country marches, community programming, accessibility initiatives and partner activations, she helped turn big ideas into experiences that brought people together.

And somewhere along the way, she realized something:

The best part of an event isn't the event itself. It's what happens because of it.

The excitement. The connection. The unexpected high five from a stranger. The spontaneous conga line. The community that forms around a shared moment. The memories people take home with them.

That’s what led her to create Fan Logic.

Mikaela brings the creative brain of an experience strategist and the operational brain of someone who knows what it takes to open the doors. She loves starting with the big question—What are we actually trying to accomplish?—and then building the strategy, experience and path to get there.

She believes the best experiences are intentional, not accidental; ambitious, but grounded in reality; and always designed with the people experiencing them in mind.

When she’s not thinking about events, fans and how to make experiences better, you’ll probably find her at one—because after 15+ years in the business, she’s still a pretty big fan of being a fan.
